Which items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items with names, initials, dates, colors, sizes, or design choices selected by the customer.
Items that arrive damaged or defective may be eligible for a return or exchange. You must contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Approved damaged or defective returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item I bought online?
Approved returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of the ship date. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Are custom or personalized orders refundable?
No. Custom and personalized orders are not refundable or exchangeable. If there is an error or defect caused by me, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
I am not responsible for typos, spelling errors, or incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout or through messages. Please double check all personalization details before submitting your order.
Local Pick-Up Orders
Local pick-up orders must be picked up within 90 days of being marked ready. Orders not picked up within 90 days may be resold or donated with no refund.
Payments and Turnaround Time
All orders must be paid in full before turnaround time begins. Turnaround time does not start until payment is received.
For custom orders, if I am unable to reach you for approval, questions, or required information, turnaround time will not begin until communication is completed.
Additional Policies
All items are made to order and slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur. These variations are not considered defects.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of my control and are not grounds for refunds.
Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing. Please refer to size charts before ordering.
